Welcome to Lily Stennis-Vinson's Ceramic Artist service! I invite you to schedule a meeting appointment with me to discuss your requests for brain storming ideas. Our 1 on 1 meeting, phone call, or video chat will ensure we understand your vision. My services include cultural paintings, drawings, fashion styling, curation of space and poster design , all with my unique touch of art. Let's work together to bring your ideas to life through the art of ceramics.
Cancellation Policy
By submitting a Commission Request, the Client agrees to these Terms Once the request is Accepted by Lily Stennis-Vinson. For full Terms and Agreement Policy view at bottom of page (Book online) *2. Commission Process* - 1 on 1 meeting,Client provides specifications and reference materials also a budget, 30min late Policy where artist can decline a request. - Artist reserves right to decline requests - Artist sketches with 2 weeks of the request meeting, Sketch/concept approval required -Materials are bought or provided by client - After week 2 artist transfer sketches/ begins creating *3. Payment Terms* -Materials paid for by artist will be reimbursed by client and not included in commission request price - Materials & commission price total will be paid for in advance before client receives product - 20% non-refundable deposit - Balance due upon completion - Payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Wix Pos *4. Cancellation Policy* - Client: written notice required; fees apply (25%-100%) - Artist: refunds initial deposits; finds alternative artist if possible *5. Ownership and Copyright* - Artist retains ownership/copyright until full payment - Client receives exclusive rights upon payment *6. Revisions and Alterations* - 2 revisions included; additional revisions will lead up to a fee depending on materials and time outside of a month from sketch date. *7. Delivery and Timeline* - 1-month delivery timeframe (unless stated otherwise) - Pickup from artist unless arranged *8. Responsibilities* - Client: provide clear instructions; respond promptly - Artist: create original artwork; maintain open communication *9. Dispute Resolution* - Mediation; governing law: Nebraska/Douglas *10. Limitation of Liability* - Artist not liable for damages exceeding Commission price *11. Acceptance* By commissioning artwork, Client acknowledges agreement to these Terms.
